James “Jimmy” Toledo, 72, of Mililani, a Board of Water Supply maintenance supervisor and a Hawai‘i Army National Guard veteran, passed away on May 5, 2013. He was born in Wahiawā. He is survived by brothers Frank B. Jr. and George J.B., and companion Sterling.
