Annual OPM Tax Statements
January 2013 was the last time the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will send the 1099-R Tax Statements in the mail. Starting in January 2014, annuitants will have to log on the OPM website where they can view and download their 1099R for colander year 2013.
To do this you will need to log on to Services Online which requires a password. If you need a new password, go to www.ServicesOnline.OPM.gov and select the “Forgot Password” link.
Visit Services Online at www.ServicesOnline.OPM.gov to:
– view your annuity statement,
– change your mailing and direct deposit address
– change your tax withholding
– manage your retirement account.
It is safe, secure and easy to use. Provide your e-mail address when logging on to receive periodic e-mail updates with important information.
