Tsunami Awareness Information
The Department of Education just issued a great video about tsunami awareness that everyone should view. The video covers local and distant tsunamis with actions required for each. The last third of the video covers how schools handle with students during tsunami warnings. This page of the Department of Education’s website includes important information about school emergency drills, tsunami-zone schools, and emergency information for parents (and grandparents).
