Army Museum Golf Tournament
The Hawaii Army Museum Society (HAMS) is an organization exempt for taxation under sec 501(c)(3). HAMS provides leadership and financial assistance for the preservation of military history in Hawaii and the education of the public at large about the honor, valor, and sacrifice made by America’s fighting men and women over the years. This annual event, HAMS Golf Tournament, is the only fundraising event that is conducted for the museum’s operational cost.
Located on the grounds of the Hale Koa Hotel and at the entrance to Waikiki, also known as Battery Randolph, the museum host approximately 350-400 visitors per day, and there is no charge for admission. In the coming years, HAMS wants to continue honoring our military heroes, reaching out to schools and students, and promoting local resident visitors.
