VA Airborne Hazards and Open Burn Pit Registry

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Public Health (OPH) launched the Airborne Hazards and Open Burn Pit Registry website on Wednesday, 18 June 2014. This registry is the first web-based registry developed by VA that will allow participants to enroll by completing an online questionnaire without requiring a visit to a medical center. Please refer to the attached presentation for an overview of the registry. The system has been operational since April 25th.
