John Lake Tinsman III, also known as “Johnny Cab” and “Mettler,” 40, of Hilo, a chef, appliance technician and former member of the Hawaii Army National Guard, passed away on May 5, 2015. He was born in Denver.
He is survived by daughter Maria, mother Marilyn Yamamoto, hanai brother Bill Stockmaster Jr. and sisters Julie Tinsman and Jenny and Jamie Yamamoto.
