Keep Your DEERS Information Up To Date
It is essential that you keep information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) up to date for you and your family. DEERS is a computerized database of uniformed service members (active duty and retired) worldwide, their family members, and others who are eligible for military benefits including TRICARE. Proper and current DEERS registration is key to receiving timely, effective TRICARE benefits including doctor’s appointments, prescriptions, payment of health care expenses, authorization letters, and explanations of benefits.
