Hawaii Army National Guard warrior logoRaymond Kawehi Wai, 77, of Kalihi and Ewa Beach, a contractor and builder and an Army National Guard veteran, passed away on February 5, 2016. He was born in Honolulu.

He is survived by sons Charles Kalani and Daniel Wai, and Paul Chinen; daughters Dellanette Dupio and Candy Mae Dungca; brother Louis K.; sisters Annie Mitsumori, Nolana Boel and Roxane Kuwata; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Celebration of life and topping off: Noon at Ironworkers Union Hall, Ukee Street, Waipahu. No alcohol. Casual attire.
