Shigeyasu “Shige” Kinoshita, 79, of Kapolei, a Hawaii Army National Guard veteran, died on July 7, 2016. He was born in Hilo.
He is survived by wife Shirley Y.; son David K.; daughter Jennifer L.; brothers Takao, Yukio, Akira, Richard and Walter; and sister Jane Sarae.
Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Aug. 12 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Celebration of life: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
