The 2017 edition of the Paris Air Show is wrapping up this week, and — as usual — a number of interesting storylines have emerged from the latest edition of the event.
Boeing bested Airbus in what Reuters described as “a red hot race for new business” at the show, recording 571 net new orders to 326 for Airbus. The tallies exceeded expectations in what was forecast to be a slow year for orders.
