The State Department of Defense produces an annual report for the state fiscal year ending on June 30. The report is a requirement directed by gubernatorial directive. The completed report’s distribution list included the state departments and agencies. The DOD’s report reports on activities and achievements of the Hawaii Army and Air National Guard, the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, the Office of Veterans Services, and the Youth Challenge Academy.
