HIARNG Promotions

On September 25, 2013, the United States Senate voted to confirm the FY13 Colonel Department of the Army Board results. Hawai‘i Army National Guard officers receiving Federal Recognition were:

Moses Kaoiwi, Jr., Deputy Commander, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team

Rudolph Ligsay, Executive Officer, 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team

Laura Soares, Aide-de-Camp to the Adjutant General

These officers will receive promotion certificates that are good for two years.  They await transfer to a colonel’s billet for their promotion.
