Check Six – 2014: HIANG Launa‘ole Awards
The Hawai‘i Air National Guard (HIANG) held its annual “Launa ‘Ole” awards ceremony for outstanding achievement over the past year. Launa ‘Ole means “beyond comparison” or “without peer.”
Among the dignataries at this year’s ceremony were Governor Neil Abercrombie, Colonel (Retired) Walter Kaneakua of Representative Tulsi Gabbard’s office and State Representative Ty Cullen.
