Colonel Paul Tamaribuchi Retiring

Colonel Paul Tamaribuchi will retire from the Hawai‘i Army National Guard after more than 30 years service.  He will relinquish command  of the 103rd Troop Commander to Colonel Robert Lesher in a Command Change of Command Ceremony this weekend.
