On Saturday, June 7, 2014, Brigadier General Bruce Oliveira, Commander, Hawai‘i Army National Guard, hosted a Change of Command ceremony for the 103rd Troop Command. During the ceremony, Colonel Paul Tamaribuchi relinquished command to Colonel Robert Lesher.
The ceremony took place at the 103rd Troop Command Armory in Pearl City. Among the attenders were several retirees, including Kurt Jackson and Stan Keolanui.
