July 3, 2014

When you click on  “interactive map” and watch the worldwide activity, remember this is going on in almost real time.  Click on “Norse“to learn more about the company who setup this website.

Somewhere in the world, right this minute, someone is launching a cyberattack — and a new online map lets you watch as it happens. Norse, a St. Louis-based cybersecurity firm specializing in “live dark intelligence,” has created an interactive map that shows hacks around the globe in real time. The slick world map shows countries trading color-coded attacks, as well as details including the home countries of the attacker and the target. Keep the map running for a while and you’ll see an outsize number of attacks originating from China and the United States, which are locked in an ongoing cyber-spying battle.
