Taps: Paul H. Morikawa

Paul H. Morikawa, 71, of Mililani, proprietor of PHM Construction, former business manager for Iron Workers Union Local 625 and a Hawai‘i Air National Guard veteran, passed away on December 6, 2014. He was born in Wailuku.

He is survived by wife Elsie, daughters Debra McMillan and Carrie Hata, brother Wilbert and five grandchildren.
