John Kakazu, 57, of ‘Ewa Beach, a commercial and fleet executive for Tony Nissan and a retired Army National Guard captain, passed away in Kaiser Medical Center on March 7, 2015. He was born in Naha-shi, Okinawa, Japan.

He is survived by wife Akemi C.; daughter Heather; brothers Noboru, Thomas, Mike and Robert; sister June; and a grandchild.

Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
