New 154th Wing Vice Commander Named

Aloha All,

Please join me in congratulating  Col Taison Tanaka as our new 154th Vice Wing Commander.

Colonel Tanaka has held positions in both active duty and the HIANG in Financial Management, he’s a graduated commander for the 154WG Logistic Readiness Squadron, and most recently was the Director of Staff of the HIANG for the past year and a half.

Taison grew up in Hilo, Hawaii and attended Waiakea High School.  He is married to Yukie Tanaka and both have a 3 year old daughter, Ashlynn.

We are all looking forward to Taison’s start date of 25 April 16.

Please join me in welcoming Col Tanaka, Yukie and Ashlynn.
