Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific hosted its 16th annual Art From the Heart event December 3, part of its REHAB Creative Arts Program that gives current and former inpatients access to art therapy.

Tracey came off her Air Force active duty service into the Hawai‘i Air National Guard. She served positions in the 154th Wing and later retired.
