Retiree Update: Owen Ota
The Hawaii Medical Service Association (HMSA) publishes a quarterly magazine called Island Scene. Their Summer 2017 issue highlights the island of Kaua‘i, featuring health iniatiatives in the community.
There is an article covering Owen Ota, a Hawaii Air National Guard retiree. Owen served in the Air Force before returning to serve as a weapons controller at the 150th Aircraft Control & Warning Squadron. He retired as a lieutenant colonel and the commander of the squadron.
