DoD Plan Targets Non-Deployable Troops

The Defense Department is reviewing a policy that would boot from the military service members who have been in a non-deployable status for 12 months. Military Times obtained a draft summary of the policy now being looked at by service chiefs and Patrick Shanahan, a deputy defense secretary.
