Have you ever heard of the E-7A Wedgetail? It’s an airborne early warning and control aircraft and flown by our partners from the Royal Australian Air Force. Airmen from No. 2 Squadron have spent a lot of time flying it alongside fighter aircraft throughout the duration of Sentry Aloha 19-2

It’s designed to communicate with allied aircraft and provide invaluable information of the tactical battle space. This advanced aircraft has sophisticated crew consoles which can track airborne and maritime targets simultaneously, along with a few more bells and whistles. It’s through longstanding exercises, such as Sentry Aloha, which allow us to improve interoperability with partners and maintain a permanent state of air superiority.

Mahalo for your support ‘Mates!’ We’re looking forward to working with you again in the future!
