Webmaster Comments: Retiree News Website Surpasses 1,000,000 Views
Earlier this morning, the Retiree News website received its 1,000,000th view.
Since the website’s inception on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, we have strived to achieve our mission of “Sharing information with Hawaii National Guard retirees, members and friends.”
But the continuing success of this website could not happen without the several individuals who have been ongoing contributors since 2013. These individuals include:
Billy Chang, John “JC” Chun, Fred Hyun, Bob Inouye, Gordon Lau, Steve Lum, Aaron Pollick, Donna (Kim) Shimazu, Erik Wong, and the Hawaii Army National Guard staff who send information about upcoming events.
Special thanks to those who helped identify members in old photographs and sometimes providing the story behind photographs.
We appreciate the comments and feedback you provide, both complimentary and critical. We will continue to improve Retiree News as we move toward 2,000,000 views.
