Beginning May 1, 2021, all vehicles entering any U.S. Army Hawaii installation (Schofield, Shafter or Wheeler) must be registered with the Directorate of Emergency Services. Registration is at the Visitor Control Center at Leilehua Golf Course or the Shafter MP station. Please read the Fact Sheet from U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii below.
