This undated photographs show Jeffrey Protacio and Rex Jones in the Human Resources Office (HRO). Long story short, Rex allowed Jeff to shave his head at work one morning after losing a bet. In a recent call, Rex said he forgot what the bet was about. It took a little while to adjust to Rex’s new hair style…
Rex served as the Equal Opportunity Officer in civilian status. He currently lives in Wisconsin and has a private counseling practice. Jeff retired from the Hawaii Army National Guard. We believe he now with Hawaiian Airlines.
