Congratulations to the Hawaii Air National Guard’s newest Full-Bird Colonel, Col. Shane Nagatani.

Friends, leaders and ‘ohana attended to witness this intimate promotion ceremony outside of the 154th Operations Group. 

Prior to the promotion event, Nagatani assumed command of the Operations Group in a separate venue, executed in a traditional Operations Group fashion.
