Check Six – 1970s: Formations at Drill Weekends

During unit training assemblies, the then 154th Fighter Group had a 0730 formation on Saturday mornings where attendance was taken. On Sunday afternoons, there was another formation at 1600 to close our the drill weekend. These drill weekend formations went away in the 1980s to support the increased flying schedule.
