HIARNG Change of Responsibility Ceremony

Command Sgt. Maj. Elva A. Schaben and Brig. Gen. Keith Y. Tamashiro after the Hawaii Army National Guard change of responsibility ceremony at the 29th Infantry Brigade Combat Team Readiness Center November 4, 2017. Over the course of the ceremony, Command Sgt. Maj. Leonard H. Ventura passed responsibility to Command Sgt. Maj. Elva A. Schaben.
