HCCA Hosts Mandarin Ball
Hawai‘i Chinese Civic Association hosted its annual Mandarin Ball November 4 at Prince Waikīkī.
The HCCA was founded in 1925 with the purpose of encouraging its members to exercise the prerogatives of American citizenship, foster civic progress in the community and cultivate tolerance and goodwill.
Lawrence Siu served in the Hawaii Army National Guard for many years.
