Off Track: Sour Poi Awards 2017

Each year, HONOLULU chronicles the wild, wacky and just plain weird of the past 12 months for our Sour Poi Awards. This year featured election fallout, Spam crime and a killer walking away from the Hawai‘i State Hospital, which reported his escape after he’d somehow reached California.
