Retirement Ceremony – Late post. TSgt Epigene “Peni” Sabagala is retiring this Saturday, July 7, 2018. Her military retirement ceremony will start at 1430 at the 154th Wing’s Dining Facility. A reception will follow the ceremony. Seems only yesterday when Peni enlisted in 1995.

Peni will continue in the education and training section as a civilian employee. Some of the 154th Wing’s Title 32 positions were converted to Title 5 as part of a Guard wide transition.
