SMSgt John R. Goble, Hawai‘i Air National Guard Recruiting superintendent, was promoted on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

Brig. Gen. Ryan T. Okahara, Hawai‘i Air National Guard commander, proceeded over the ceremony. HIANG leaders and other military members celebrated the promotion alongside Chief Goble’s parents, family and friends.
