Off Track: 11 New Restaurants

Frolic writer Thomas Obungen posted the following article on the Frolic Hawaii website on March 12, 2020. It anticipated the opening of two food halls, three cocktail bars and more places in March. Of course, it was before the stay-at-home and social distancing restrictions that closed some eateries and limited others to takeout only.
We are posting this in anticipation of restrictions being eased in the coming days.
