Col James D. Barros, Commander, 298th Regiment Multifunctional Training Institute presided over a Change of Responsibility at the Multi-Functional Training Unit, Waimanalo, on April 10, 2021.

The ceremony honors the passing of leadership from Command Sgt. Maj. Tyrone L. Redding to Command Sgt. Maj. Michael C. Pray.
