Hawai‘i Air National Guard Recruiting Team

Hawai‘i Air National Guard recruiters continue to be an important part of the organization. They are usually the first Guard member potential recruits meet. Recruiters share the benefits of Guard training and membership benefits. 

We can assist our recruiters by recommending family and friends. Your recommendation is an important step in the recruitment process.

MSgt Richard “Dickie” Saunders was the first recruiter as the Vietnam War and the military draft ended. It was a tough job back then and remains so today. Many HIANG members have served as recruiters over the years. The current team continues the traditional of quality recruiting.
