May 21, 1927 Charles A. Lindbergh flew a 33 hour, 30 minute flight from Long Island, New York to Paris France. But his life his life was full of triumph and tragedy. Charles Lindbergh died in Kīpahulu, Hawai‘i on August 26, 1974.
