Check Six: Aircraft Maintenance – 34 years ago

This photograph shows MSgt Rudy Luat (sitting) and Lt Col Norman Ault reviewing maintenance records. Rudy was the NCOIC of the Maintenance Control Section and Norman Ault was the Chief of Maintenance and the commander of the then 154th Consolidated Maintenance Squadron.

The then 154th Composite Group flew F-4C Phantoms and a C-130A Hercules.

The photograph is undated, but judging from what looks like a Zenith 100 computer on the adjoining desk, we estimate the date around 1984.
