HING Deploys to the Philippines

Recent natural disasters in the Philippines are deadly reminders of the importance of urban search and rescue. In early March, members of the Hawai‘i Army and Air National Guard train Filipino counter parts in urban search and rescue during a subject matter expert exchange at Camp Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines.
